We are all human and things go wrong on the low Fodmap diet or maybe you haven’t managed to get it right in the first place yet. Because irritable bowel syndrome needs a multi-pronged approach, we need to look at all of the aspects that could have contributed to a return of symptoms. There is nothing simple about this but if you are systematic and work through the checklist I have in my video, you can be your own detective and find out what went wrong – because there is always a reason for your symptoms.
