I had an overwhelming response from those of you who read the email about my idea for a pilot cooking school program.
I had heaps of HECK YES responses within just a few hours from that email, with only a couple of HECK NOS.
Bottom line – the overwhelming reaction is that you want a low Fodmap cooking school.
Woohoo! Let’s do this. But, I always get excited and have to reign myself in – we creative people can get very carried away but I have learned to ask first these days.
So, I want to make sure this pilot program meets your needs as best as I can. I have already had some great suggestions from you for content which I have noted in my special notebook.
But, I figure the next step is to do this a little more formally and ask exactly what you’d like to see included in a quick survey.
Just as a reminder – this cooking school program is for:
- People who want to create interesting meals for themselves and their families.
- Those who are fed up with chicken, potato and spinach plopped on a plate.
- Low Fodmappers who want to be able to ask friends over and present them with a delectable homemade dish that they will never guess is low Fodmap.
- Those who simply want to learn to cook with flavour.
If this is you, I’d love it if you would take a few minutes and fill out this quick survey (just 5 questions) so I can make sure this program rocks your socks. Make sure you click the green DONE button at the end or it won’t come to me. I am so excited for all your brilliant input.
This pilot program will be $97 and I’m planning to teach it over 5 lessons (I also reserve the right to add more if needed – depending on feedback).
If you’re feeling helpful today and fill this survey out for me, you’ll also be entered to win a free spot in the program. I’ll be GIFTING away one seat selected from my survey responders!
Once I get some responses back, I will move forward and create the program and keep you informed of progress. I can do this pretty quickly. My husband is in Italy and I have no interruptions!
THANK YOU so much for being on board!
It is not letting me enter my email address as I am already in the system.
My husband said, “Is that the Suzanne person? Yeah, her meals were good!”
You may be just the ticket to stir me from my inertia. I would love fodmap, menopause friendly meals. My weight is increasing by the week, and I want to toss my scale out the window. And just fit into my favorite pairs of jeans again and my TRI team kit!
Inertia is never good. I am with you on the menopause thing. It’s nature’s ultimate cruelty.
I think this would spark a little more enthusiasm on my part. I am doing well and enjoy trying some new things. However, I don’t like it when things get way too complicated with a zillion ingredients!!!
I will keep it all very simple in the cooking school, Karen. I like it simple too.
