I now have well over 100 videos on my Youtube channel and I thought I would find the most popular ones and put them all together in a post so you don’t have to go searching for the most relevant ones to help you. Obviously the older ones have had more time to accumulate views than my newer ones but there are still topics that dominate.
1) Low Fodmap Menus
The first video with the most views ever is one that I am very proud of that I made about my first Low Fodmap cookbook, Low Fodmap Menus. It took many days to film and create and I still love it.
2) Alternative Foods on a Low Fodmap Diet Plan
After that comes “Alternative Foods on a Low Fodmap Diet Plan” which is a leap above the following one. I would never have guessed that this would be so high on the list. This was created in 2014.
3) Do I have IBS or not?
This one comes in at third position and was created in 2015. I guess this is an obvious question to be asking for many people with gut issues.
4) What sugars can I eat on the low Fodmap Diet?
This one, made in 2014, was a surprise. People are obviously very worried about not being able to eat sugar.
5) The Reintroduction Stage of the Low Fodmap Diet
This is, of course, a topic of great interest since we can’t stay on the elimination stage of the diet for too long without compromising the balance of our gut bacteria. This was made in 2014 and I have changed the way I do things a little but this will also work well.
6) 5 Foods not to Consume for IBS
This was made at the beginning of 2017 and confirmed that people like to have information in little boxes of what to avoid although this is not really the right way to approach the diet. However, knowing the more universal triggers among those with IBS is a good place to start.
7) Meal Plan for the Low Fodmap Diet
No surprises here. It is one of the most common questions I still hear even though this was made in 2014. People struggle with creating their own meal plans, hence the service I created HERE to do them for you.
8) Vegetarian on the Low Fodmap Diet
Eating low Fodmap while a vegetarian is certainly a challenge and getting results may take more time but it is clearly a popular topic.
9) 6 Steps to Eliminate Constipation
This video, made in 2016, has poor sound quality – my apologies – but it is an essential video for all those with constipation. The diet alone won’t solve that. You have to take extra steps to attack this menace as the video explains.
10) The Worst Foods which trigger IBS symptoms
This is like no. 6 – putting the emphasis on what not to eat rather than on what to eat. Once you have done the reintroduction stage of the diet, the focus shifts to what triggers to avoid but during the elimination stage it should really be about what you can eat.
