I am a certified nutritional therapist specializing in IBS and the low Fodmap diet, a trained teacher, award-winning author and full-time low Fodmap diet coach. My life has been transformed by the low Fodmap diet and a bunch of changes I have made to my lifestyle, including decluttering my home. I am a minimalist at heart and live in a lovely house overlooking the Pacific Ocean in New Zealand. I have many empty cupboards and drawers because I hate clutter.
