I have been working on my video for my new cookbook and it is taking a while but the filming is done. Now I have to put it all together and add in everything I want. It is such a steep learning curve but most of the filming has worked well. There’s a lot of filming which has to come down to about 2 minutes so that’s the fun part. It’s strange how I am more nervous about this cookbook than I was about the last one. I have all sorts of defeatist thoughts. And talking of thoughts, do you obsess about wrongs done to you? How do you deal with painful thoughts, especially those that invade when you are having a quiet moment? I have written about this on my blog, Changing and it’s called “Where do your thoughts go to when you are in the shower?”. It includes a couple of solutions.
Anyway, I am going to give you another dinner menu – just for you and your family, perhaps without the dessert or for a group of friends. Click on the title for the recipes.
And before I get on with the menu, remember to enter for the super duper Ultimate Kitchen Tool Giveaway worth $400. Click here for the giveaway.
I’d love to attend a dinner party where these were the courses! Thanks.
I’ll let you know when I next have guests over, John. Perhaps you can join us.
That’s a lovely looking menu and the food is beautifully presented. I love the look of the potato entree. Congrats on coming so far with your second cookbook and in dealing with everything involved in the video production – hard work but very rewarding, I’m sure xx
The video has been fun and I am still playing with it. Choosing the music is a whole different ball game. I wish I had your son over here to play something for me. LOL.
What a marvelous meal! Lovely enough for company, but I’d love to have my own stash of those salmon courgette stacks for my weekday lunches!
Those stacks really are pretty simple to make and look good enough for guests.
What a delicious-looking dinner! I’d love to be a guest at a party with this menu.
You could make it for your next dinner party and be your own guest, Lisa.
I’ll make your Salmon Courgette Stacks for a breakfast one day 🙂 I like it so much.
They would make a great breakfast for you, Marta. They’re not too hard to make either.
I would be dangerous about those Potato Rosti Pizzas and just snack away… yum!
They are hard to resist, Pamela. Great with a glass of wine.
Wow, wow, wow, that is one for each course. That would be a meal I would certainly enjoy. 🙂
LOL. Thanks, Karen for the wows.
