Actually my partner has IBS. Before he found out, he would often wake up with stomach aches and not be able to go to work, or would have to run to the bathroom in the middle of a grocery shop!
Since he found out, hes been following a low FODMAP, ibs friendly diet and his symptoms have improved sooo much!
I have already ordered your book that will be waiting for me when I return to Oregon in 1 month. I am excited to try out some of the recipes. I also have purchased a number of Fody Foods products, and especially like the barbecue sauce, which I do in very limited amounts because of GERD issues. I also occasionally enjoy their snack bars. Thanks for all you do to help those of us with SIBO & IBS.
Thank you for everything you do! You’re a great resource!
I’m excited to try some of the recipes in your cookbook and now I need to look into all the things fody foods has to offer.
Thank you for everything you do!! I feel like I’m starting to get my life back : )
I have been diagnosed with Dysautonomia and severe IBS.
Finding foods that my system can handle with the least amount of discomfort has been at best, trying. I am not even able to consume meats anymore.
I am looking forward to giving this plan, with some alterations, a try.
Thank you for the opportunity to experience it for free!
Sincerely,
Danielle
Thank you, Suzanne!
Thanks for an opportunity to win this wonderful giveaway! It’s so sweet of you to offer this. I love all the helpful real life information you consistently provide us.
IBS , has taken over my life , I have just recently learned about the low fodmap so am excited to try it out , thank you for everything you do 🙂
Thank you for all the great information and making us IBS sufferers see that there is a better life with little to no suffering. You’ve been a big help!
Hello !…well I have had stomach problems since I was young and it wasn’t until I was
an adult that I finally found out why I had stomach issues. It can be difficult to handle
because I don’t know when my symptoms will come and how long they will last.
You’re resources have helped me a lot dealing with my condition (colitis). This would be of great help too.
Thank you again, Suzanne, for your invaluable content and professionally organized -yet caring – delivery of comprehensive information about many aspects of the low fodmap lifestyle. Nowhere else have I found this information, which goes far beyond merely experimenting following a food elimination chart, so effectively illuminated. Your low fodmap cookbook sounds like a recipe for success. 🙂 Dealing with SIBO and low sugar meals/snacks with a fair amount of protein ( up to 15g for snacks and about 25-30 g for meals and healthy carbs (around 15 g for snacks and about 30 g for meals) are helpful for hypoglycemics like me. Nutritional info, hopefully, will be provided and this will also help the – literally! – growing diabetic and pre-diabetic populations. (Meal timing and customizing the suggested Monash low fodmap serving sizes to see what one can personally tolerate were some of the most helpful of your recommendations. Also, programming relaxation vs stress. 🙂
N.B. Please don’t forget the weight/calorie conscious and gluten and dairy intolerant amongst us. Best wishes with your new endeavours!
IBS seems to run in my family and now I am starting to feel uncomfortable too. It has been suggested I try FODMAP I have done a bit of reading about it and it has seemed rather complicated. So this is a great opportunity for me to give it a go.
I have IBS and love Fody food items 🙂 I have yet to fully integrate FODMAP in my daily life as we are trying something else first with my nutritionist but I’m trying to abide by some FODMAP guidelines.
My ibs was diagnosed just 3 months ago. I have suffered with symptoms for atleast 3 years.
I am grateful for fody foods to help me to manage this discouraging disease . I would live to win some products and a cookbk ad I’m a single mom that also works 65 hours or more a week with 2 disabled some.
always looking for new low fodmap recipes, and ways to use Fody’s products!
I’ve been fighting the Crohn’s battle for years and just recently was introduced to the low fodmap diet. Trying to stay on top of things! So happy to find so many resources!!!!
The low fodmap diet has made a major difference in my life! My IBS is under control and I’ve lost 25 pounds in the last year. I would love to try the FODY foods but it is not sold in any nearby groceries! Would love more recipes, too! Thanks for the chance!
I have been on a low FODMAP diet for over a year. My doctor doesn’t want me to add foods back in because I am doing so well on it. Having FODY foods has been a lifesaver!
I would love your cookbook to try recipes for my daughter. She has IBS. We have tried several FODY items and she LOVES them! A convenient source of low FODMAP food items. Thank you.
I would love to try all this stuff to help Ibs & stay healthy & happy! Thanks
Over the last 2 years my body has developed numerous intolerances to various foods especially garlic and onion. In September I heard about FODY for the first time and am in love!! I love being able to go onto a food website and order (almost) everything without worrying about my body having terrible digestion and pain! With all of my intolerances and allergies I have to cook most of my food myself( I am a college student) because I can’t eat most of the foods in the cafeteria on campus.Having such a great resource to cook from would be so helpful especially because I can’t afford to buy it.
Thank you for what you do and all the resources you get everyone!!
Following the low FODMAP diet and getting really good probiotics has changed my life. I haven’t needed to run to the restroom in months! Super excited by this discovery!
Just started trying to follow the FODMAP diet this year after 10+ years of trying to figure things out. I think it is so awesome there is package food made for someone like me! It can difficult to enjoy eating when you are scared to eat anything that isn’t bland or yogurt. Hope I get to try these products- it will be like finding out Santa IS real!
I was diagnosed with IBS a year ago at 30. While I still struggle with not eating foods that affect me negatively, especially in figuring out how to eat when I do not prepare the food, my life is so much better since discovering that I needed less fodmaps in my diet. I have greatly decreased the amount and frequency of my symptoms, and love to learn more and try new things as I continue on this journey.
Thank you for information. Following the low FODMAP diet for about year now.
IBS effects my husband. We have been trying different lactose free foods to see what helps.
After years of suffering…sick sometimes and fine others. I now know I have ibs. I have also been told, at 30, that I have arthritis and fybromyalgia. Rather then be defeated I changed my life habits and am no longer in pain every day. I will do the same to tame my ibs. I wont let it win. This set would be a great start to helping me overcome my latest challenge!
Recently, my daughter has developed IBS while away at college. So stressful. Eliminating lactose has helped tremendously. Resources, like this site and others, helped educate us quickly about IBS and FODMAPs.
Started low fodmap a couple weeks ago to deal with my IBS-C. My C seems to be getting under control but still struggling with the bloating! Haven’t tried any FODY Foods yet so would love to win this!
I could really use some help figuring out this journey. Carol
Love knowing that I can turn to your page as a resource! Thank you for all your help with this journey!
