Curry Dip - Low Fodmap

- ¼ cup of Greek yoghurt
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 spring onions - green part only
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped finely
- 6 drops of hot sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt & pepper
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the spring onions chopped finely and the spices.
- Cook for 1 minute.
- Add all the ingredients together.
- Serve with chips or fresh vegetable sticks.
