Curry Dip - Low Fodmap

Ingredients
  • ¼ cup of Greek yoghurt
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 spring onions - green part only
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped finely
  • 6 drops of hot sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper
Method
  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the spring onions chopped finely and the spices.
  2. Cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add all the ingredients together.
  4. Serve with chips or fresh vegetable sticks.
