Pasta al Ragu - low Fodmap

Ingredients
  • 400gms mincemeat
  • 1 can of tomatoes
  • 1 celery stick
  • ½ carrot
  • oregano
  • thyme
  • 1 bayleaf
  • Salt & pepper
  • Parmesan
Method
  1. Chop up the carrot and celery small and fry in a little oil.
  2. After two minutes, add the mincemeat and fry until browned.
  3. Add the herbs and the can of tomatoes.
  4. Season.
  5. Cook on a low simmer for 1-1.5 hours.
  6. Adjust the seasoning and serve with pasta.
  7. Grate Parmesan cheese on top.
