Banana Raisin Mousse - Low Fodmap

- 2 frozen peeled bananas
- 2 tbsp dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp coconut
- 2 tbsp almond flakes
- Place the broken up bananas and cranberries in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Spoon out into a bowl and add the other ingredients.
- Mix well and place into 2 serving bowls.
- Eat straightaway or refrigerate.
