Rich Potato Wedges

- 4 large potatoes
- 1 tbsp butter
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic-infused oil
- 2 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp chilli powder
- Heat oven to 180°C/350°F.
- Boil 4 large scrubbed potatoes until not quite tender.
- Cool a bit and cut lengthwise into wedges.
- Soften the butter and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix together.
- Coat the wedges in the mixture and bake spread out on an oven tray for 1 hour, turning once.
