Rich Potato Wedges

Ingredients
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic-infused oil
  • 2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp chilli powder
Method
  1. Heat oven to 180°C/350°F.
  2. Boil 4 large scrubbed potatoes until not quite tender.
  3. Cool a bit and cut lengthwise into wedges.
  4. Soften the butter and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix together.
  5. Coat the wedges in the mixture and bake spread out on an oven tray for 1 hour, turning once.
