I’m succeeding well in the sweet treat creation department but a girl needs a little savoury baking every now and then with a glass of wine. And these cheese biscuits fit the bill perfectly. They are light and ever so tasty.

Love this recipe Suzanne. They look perfect and the photos are great. Will have to try your gluten free flour blend

There are a few gluten-free flour blends out there but I have found this works well for me.

I’m curious how it’s going with your book, you put so much effort in it. I hope it’s great and people appreciate it 🙂
Suzanne says
My cookbook is selling well, Marta, but, at the moment it is part of a collection of 30 healthy living e-books, which is selling collectively for $39, so it is getting out there even more.
Sandra's Easy Cooking says
Oh those look yumilicious! I love the recipe and wish to have few now to munch on.
Suzanne says
I take one to work each day for when I get the munchies in between meals. It does the trick.

Thanks, Laura. Cheese anything goes down well.

I love cheese snacks like this! And I’m much more interested in salty snacks than I am in sweet ones (although I certainly indulge in sweet treats) so this is right up my alley. Lovely recipe – thanks so much.
Suzanne says
In fact, I seldom see sweet food on your blog, John. It’s certainly much better to do without the sweet side of cooking if you can. My husband doesn’t have a sweet tooth at all but will eat my baking because I reduce the sugar so much.

I think it’s so important to have a bite of something really good, especially when so much is off limits to you.
Suzanne says
Fortunately I am finding all sorts of things I can eat so that I don’t feel deprived.

I really must try your GF flour recipe. I’m so glad you’re able to enjoy a few cheese biscuits and a glass of wine. I love both! xx
Suzanne says
Chips and wine is fine too! Potatoes done in all sorts of ways is a staple of my diet now.
Liz says
You cheesy biscuits look like the perfect nibble with a glass of wine. I know I could eat a LOT of these!
Suzanne says
Yes, they are like crisps – they go down far too easily.
