Today I was speaking on the phone with a one-to-one client who is excited that she has actually learned to cook at 61 years old because of the low Fodmap diet and my program. Not only is she enjoying it, her husband is a happy man.
I often get comments like that from clients who have always disliked cooking and now find pleasure in it. If the food we eat is delicious, we are much more likely to stick to the diet. And sticking to it can be the tough part, as you know.
The cart for the IBS-Friendly Cooking School opens tomorrow so you can start to get excited too.
After attending the school, you will know how to put together quick, tasty low Fodmap meals for yourself and your family. And you will be able to finally organize a dinner party for your friends without anxiety. Food is about to become interesting again.
I have received some extra questions since the video I made a few days ago, which answered what came up in the survey. They are:
What actually is included?
I can answer this more fully now because the program has been plotted and planned and is almost completely finished.
There are:
- 5 full videos on how to cook 5 different dinner recipes that can also be used for lunch the next day. These include a variety of different proteins, including vegetarian, will be mainly dairy-free and reusable for more than one meal.
- Detailed downloadable written recipes for all videos with measurements in cups, grams and ounces.
- 1 live Q&A session, which will be recorded in case you can’t attend.
- 1 live training session on infusing flavour and how to combine Fodmaps, which will be recorded in case you can’t attend.
- A private Facebook group for support and sharing your cooking results. Participation in this will be optional.
And I have added in some BONUSES– just because I can…
- 2 videos of me making a breakfast and a sweet snack recipe.
- The PDF of my Low Fodmap Snacks cookbook.
What are the exact dates of the School?
The Cooking School starts on 7th August (US time zone) and finishes 16th August with the 2 LIVE sessions on the 8th and 15th. Just remember, these live sessions will be recorded so don’t worry if those dates don’t work for you.
When are the live calls?
8th August 5pm US EST
8th August 10pm UK
9th August 9am NZ
9th August 7am Sydney
15th August 5pm US EST
15th August 10pm UK
16th August 9am NZ
16th August 7am Sydney
Can I just wait till the next time you run it?
Sure, but the tuition fee will increase next time around. This is the pilot program so you’re getting exclusive access to a pilot price. And I don’t have a date set for when I run it again – this is all so new.
So, the cart opens at:
Just after midnight on Friday 28th July (US time zone)
And closes:
a week later on Friday 4th August
There will be no more sales after that date because the School starts on the Monday. So, that’s your window of opportunity. 🙂
I will send you an email as soon as it opens with a link to purchase. I am so looking forward to this. I will make you into low Fodmap cooks yet!
