Struggling with finding and efficient way to feel better with auto-immune issues and a very busy, full life. I have tried something close to low FODMAP and it made me feel great, but it was too restrictive to keep it up long-term. When I read the basics of low FODMAP I got totally overwhelmed. A six week plan would really help me wrap my head around how to eat this way long-term.

Thank you Suzanne for your dedicated and tireless work helping us get our guts straight!
I learned only yesterday from the “Dirty Genes” summit that what we have learned is backwards. It is the gut that sends messages to the brain! For ex., when we eat sugar, the “bad” guys in the gut that have gorged themselves and multiplied, tell the brain to want more of the sweet stuff, and that’s how sugar cravings happen!
Suzanne Perazzini says
Yes, we have known for some time that the messaging works both ways and that a faulty bacteria balance in the gut could be responsible for disorders like autism etc. It’s fascinating stuff.
Lori says
I have been trying for 50 years to fix my ibs and digestive problems
